Right of admission
Right of admission to the resort is reserved. Anyone who, in the opinion of the resort manager, misbehaves will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

Own risk
Visitors use all resort facilities at their own risk. The resort accepts no liability for any injury or damage arising from such use or for any injury or damage incurred or suffered by visitors to the resort.

Personal property
Visitors bring personal property onto the premises at their own risk. The resort is not liable for any theft or loss of such personal property.

Tranquillity at the resort
Visitors are asked to respect the tranquillity of their surroundings at all times and not to play music or musical instruments loudly. Car radios are not permitted to be used at all.
NO DISTURBING NOISE OR LOUD MUSIC IS ALLOWED AFTER 22:00.

Swimming pool
For safety reasons, please do not use any glass items in and around the swimming pool and playground area.

Fireworks
The use of fireworks is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Equipment in the units
Visitors are responsible for all the equipment in the units that they rent and will compensate the resort for any articles that break or that go missing during their stay.

Arrival and departure times
Arrival: From 11:00
Departure: HIGH SEASON: 09:30 / LOW SEASON: late departures can be arranged.
Arrivals after 18:00: please make prior arrangements with the office.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES.

Rules of the road
Visitors should drive carefully on the roads within the resort and adhere to the speed limit of 10 km/h.
Please do not drive or park on the grass. If additional parking is needed, please arrange with reception.

Shortcomings or defects
Visitors are kindly requested to report any shortcomings or defects that they notice in the chalets, or on the premises to management immediately.

Rubbish
Littering is strictly prohibited. All empty bottles, containers and other rubbish should be placed in the containers provided for this purpose.

Keys
On departure, please close all windows and lock the door and drop the key in the “KEYS” box at reception.

Not permitted
No quad bikes or motorbikes are permitted in the resort.

No parking on the grass.
Crude language, such as swearing and abusive language, is strictly prohibited.

Lighting of fires
Fires may be lit only at designated places. The lighting of fires on the ground is strictly prohibited.

Wild animals
Visitors are urged not to feed any wild animals. They become a problem and this might lead to the animal being shot.
